A heart-warming tale presents a pivotal moment for Britain: the housing crisis, gentrification, Brexit and a Bulgarian migrant family fighting their increasingly xenophobic working-class neighbours in a London council estate. An apparently owner-less cat which has had enough of the heated atmosphere, barricades itself in the wall, requiring the residents to collaborate.

Mina Mileva
Director, producer, screenwriter. She graduated in animated film directing in the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts, Sofia, and in the Academy for Visual Arts, Brussels. She entered the British animation industry in 1996 and worked as animation director/animator and line producer for films, commercials and TV series, including a few Disney features. In 2008 Mina set up the company "Activist 38". Her other documentary films include: "Uncle Tony, Three Fools and the Secret Service" (2014, co-directed with Vesela Kazakova), "The Beast Is Still Alive" (2016) and "Woman Do Cry" (2020).

Actress, producer, and director. In 2006 she received an invitation to participate in the section for young talents "Shooting Stars" of the Berlin International Film Festival. After graduating from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts she turned to film producing and directing in a team with Mina Mileva who set together the company "Activist38". She worked with Mina Mileva on "Uncle Tony, Three Fools and the Secret Service" (2014), "The Beast Is Still Alive" (2016) and other movies.
